La presenza di un Tecnico Esperto in Valutazione immobiliare (valutatore immobiliare ai sensi norma UNI 11558), sia che si tratti di una semplice partecipazione in termini di supporto durante la visita all’immobile e sia sino ad arrivare ad una DUE DILIGENCE vera e propria sul bene (ossia valutazione delle sue caratteristiche amministrative, urbanistiche, impiantistiche, strutturali, ecc.), garantisce ulteriormente l’acquirente sulla qualità del bene che è interessato ad acquistare e lo preserva dalle possibili problematiche future.
