I READY-MADE sono progetti sviluppati nel corso della ns. attività ventennale  di servizi di Ingegneria ed Architettura per operazioni immobiliari che poi non sono state realizzate oppure commissionati da Committenti che hanno poi rinunciato ad effettuarne l’esecuzione.

Sono progetti esecutivi completi ed esaustivi sotto ogni punto di vista: architettonico, impiantistico e strutturale e comprendono le più varie tipologie di intervento ma principalmente di tipo indipendente: dalla villa singola sino al complesso immobiliare di edilizia intensiva. Sono di varia tipologia costruttiva: dai sistemi in legno XLAM, al cemento armato ed all’acciaio, sviluppati secondo l’architettura tradizionale oppure la bioedilizia. Sono concepiti con impiantistica da standard sino a quella domotica ad elevata automazione e risorse energetiche alternative (pannelli fotovoltaici, con accumulatori, microeolico, geotermia) e localizzati in vari contesti, dal lotto singolo a quello  urbano in centro storico.

Ovviamente si riferiscono alle specifiche realtà e tempi per cui sono stati concepiti. Ove la tipologia proposta sia però di interesse senza particolari richieste di modifiche sostanziali ed ove il contesto lo permetta, possono essere offerti ed implementati a costi sicuramente più interessanti rispetto a quelli necessari per una tipologia di progetto sviluppata ex novo e su misura.

• Progetto completo (compresi aggiornamenti strutturali in relazione alle caratteristiche del terreno) di villa singola 300 mq in acciaio, tamponature in calcestruzzo cellulare, impianto a pompa di calore, riscaldamento a pavimento, impianto elettrico domotico, pannelli fotovoltaici 6 KWp, classe energetica B: a partire da € 5.000,00
• Progetto completo (compresi aggiornamenti strutturali in relazione alle caratteristiche del terreno) di complesso immobiliare in N. 3 ville a schiera da 150 mq ciascuna in cemento armato, tamponature in calcestruzzo cellulare, impianto a pompa di calore, riscaldamento a pavimento, impianto elettrico tradizionale, pannelli fotovoltaici 3 KWp per ciascuno, classe energetica A2: a partire da € 10.000,00
• Progetto completo (compresi aggiornamenti strutturali in relazione alle caratteristiche del terreno e della normativa sul contenimento energetico e risorse rinnovabili)  di fabbricato in N. 12 appartamenti 960 mq in cemento armato, tamponature in blocco termico, cappotto, impianto a pompa di calore, riscaldamento a pavimento, impianto elettrico tradizionale: a partire da € 15.000,00

The READY-MADE are projects developed during our twenty-year activity of engineering and architecture services for real estate operations that were not then carried out or commissioned by customers who have then given up to carry out the execution.

They are complete and exhaustive executive projects from every point of view: architectural, plant engineering and structural and include the most varied types of intervention but mainly of an independent type: from the single villa to the intensive building complex. They are of various types of construction: from XLAM wood systems, to reinforced concrete and steel, developed according to traditional architecture or green building. They are designed with systems from standard to home automation with high automation and alternative energy resources (photovoltaic panels, with accumulators, micro wind, geothermal) and located in various contexts, from the single lot to the urban one in the historic center.

Obviously they refer to the specific realities and times for which they were conceived. Where the type proposed is of interest, however, without particular requests for changes and where the context allows it, can be offered and implemented at costs certainly more interesting than those necessary for a type of project developed from scratch and tailored.

• Complete project (including structural updates in relation to the characteristics of the ground and the legislation on energy containment and renewable resources) of a building in N. 12 apartments 960 sqm in reinforced concrete, thermal block curtain walls, coat, heat pump system, underfloor heating, traditional electrical system: from € 15,000.00

N.B. The additional cost of the Geological Report must be considered as it is connected to the specifications of the location site.
