ZED PROGETTI opera come soggetto accreditato per la definizione di tutte le informazioni su come è stato costruito un edificio sotto il profilo dell’isolamento termico e del consumo energetico e la redazione dell’ Attestato di prestazione energetica (APE). Tale documento è obbligatorio e da fornire all’acquirente o all’affittuario in caso di compravendita immobiliare e per le locazioni di interi edifici. Copia dell’APE deve essere allegata al contratto.

Prestazioni offerte per la stesura dell’Attestato di Certificazione Energetica degli Edifici

• Ricerca e raccolta della documentazione tecnica ed amministrativa
• Visita presso l’edificio interessato
• Analisi della documentazione raccolta
• Calcolo delle caratteristiche termiche delle strutture opache
• Calcolo delle caratteristiche termiche delle strutture trasparenti
• Calcolo della geometria dell’edificio
• Verifica delle caratteristiche dell’impianto termico
• Calcolo del fabbisogno di energia primaria
• Classificazione secondo l’EPh
• Analisi dei possibili provvedimenti per il miglioramento della prestazione energetica
• Trasmissione alla banca dati regionale e, conseguentemente, al SIAPE nazionale.

Il prezziario adottato da ZED PROGETTI è quello definito in base alle Linee guida del Consiglio Nazionale degli Ingegneri (CNI) e Circ N. 696 /XVIII Sess DEL 17/03/2016. Nello specifico:

EDIFICI DI CIVILE ABITAZIONE (cat. E1), CON RIFERIMENTO ALLA SUPERFICIE NETTA

• NUOVA COSTRUZIONE

 Esempio:

 edificio 1000 mq

• 500 + (1,65 x 1000) = 2150 Euro
• 700 + (1,45 x 1000) = 2150 Euro

• COSTRUZIONI ESISTENTI

PER LA CERTIFICAZIONE ENERGETICA DI UNA SINGOLA UNITA’ IMMOBILIARE IN EDIFICI MULTIPIANO (CONDOMINI) IL COSTO INDICATIVO, COMPRENSIVO DI OGNI PRESTAZIONE, E’ DI 650,00 Euro

• EDIFICI DIVERSI DA cat. E1, CON RIFERIMENTO ALLA VOLUMETRIA NETTA
• EDIFICI NUOVI CON DISPONIBILITA’ DEI DISEGNI CARTACEI O DIGITALI E DELLA RELAZIONE TECNICA DI CUI AI DECRETI LEG. VI 192/05 e/o 311/06 

• NOTA 1: PER EDIFICI ESISTENTI CON DISPONIBILITA’ DEI DISEGNI CARTACEI E DELLA RELAZIONE TECNICA DI CUI ALLA LEGGE 10/91 O 373/97 SI APPLICA UNA MAGGIORAZIONE ALLE TARIFFE SOPRA ESPOSTE VARIABILI DA UN MINIMO DEL 10% AD UN MASSIMO DEL 20% SECONDO DIFFICOLTA’ OGGETTIVA.
• NOTA 2: PER EDIFICI ESISTENTI SENZA DISEGNI E RELAZIONI TECNICHE PER IL CONTENIMENTO DEI CONSUMI ENERGETICI SI APPLICA LA MAGGIORAZIONE DI CUI ALLA NOTA 1 E SI AGGIUNGE UN ONORARIO A VACAZIONE PER RILIEVI, SONDAGGI E TRADUZIONE IN ELABORATO GRAFICO CON DESCRIZIONE DELLE STRTTURE DELL’EDIFICIO IL CUI IMPORTO MINIMO VIENE SUGGERITO IN:
  • 80,00 € per tecnico laureato INGEGNERE
  • 50,00 € per tecnico aiuto laureato o diplomato
  • 30,00 € per tecnico in aiuto senza titolo di studio

Le NOTE 1 e 2 sono valide per i soli edifici oltre 50.000 mc

Per il periodo di promozione viene applicato uno sconto del 10%.

ZED PROGETTI operates as an accredited subject for the definition of all the information on how a building has been constructed in terms of thermal insulation and energy consumption and the preparation of the Energy Performance Certificate (APE/EPC). This document is mandatory and must be provided to the buyer or tenant in case of buying and selling real estate and for leases of entire buildings. A copy of APE/EPC must be attached to the contract.

Calculation of the thermal characteristics of opaque structures
Calculation of the thermal characteristics of transparent structures
Calculation of the geometry of the building
Verification of the characteristics of the thermal system
Calculation of primary energy requirements
Classification according to EPh
Analysis of possible measures for the improvement of energy performance
Transmission to the regional database and, consequently, to the national SIAPE.

For the period of promotion we applied a discount of 10%.
